Cloth nappy loan service

We've used cloth nappies on two of our four children and know full well which we prefer, but we also know that it can be tricky for cloth nappy users going on holiday - either you're not sure whether you'll be able to wash and dry your nappies conveniently or you just can't justify (usually to hubby!) the space and weight in a tight luggage allowance!

Given that Jacqueline is a bit of a nappyholic (retired advisor for www.thenappylady.co.uk) with an over-large collection of nappies as well as a reluctance to part with any, we've realised that we have enough stock to share, and have done so with visiting friends recently.

So, as of now, any cloth nappies users visiting La Fontaine are welcome to request the free loan of a small stock of nappies and boosters for use during their stay, should they require.

Please ask if you'd like to know more details of what I can lend!

All you would need to bring is your wraps and liners, making a huge difference to your luggage space! Washing and drying cloth nappies is easy here at any time of year - the wood stove in winter and the weather in summer mean we're spoiled, plus there is the tumble drier for emergencies!

We will ask for a deposit just in case, but don't envisage anyone managing to cause irreparable damage to the nappies! I'm also happy to offer help and advice to any visitors using or interested in cloth nappies.
